To register your school for the 2016 Undergraduate Investment Conference Sponsored by the David Kudla Foundation, please read the rules below, submit your payment using the “Buy Now” button, and then complete the form embedded below.
- Each team in the stock pitch competition will pitch a long or short position in front of a panel of current industry professionals. Teams will be randomly split into three or four groups, where they will compete within their group for the first round. The top team from each group (as determined by the judges) will compete against each other in the final round.
- In the first round, teams will have up to twelve minutes to make their presentations followed by eight minutes of Q&A from a panel of four to five judges.
- In the final round, teams will have up to fifteen minutes to make their presentations followed by ten minutes of Q&A from a panel of four to five judges, comprised of senior professionals who have substantial experience in the industry. The first place team will receive a prize of at least $4,000.
- Teams must pitch a stock that has a market capitalization of at least $500 million and is currently listed on the Nasdaq, NYSE, or NYSE Amex (no OTCBB or Pink Sheet).
